About the Owner

Kyle is one of the early pioneers of talcum powder litigation. His case, Winkel v. Kyle has consistently been recognized nationally by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He has taught trial skills for practicing lawyers, coached high school mock trial teams, and volunteered in his community. During law school, Kyle was the recipient of the Board of Governors Award, the Sande Buhai Award, a member of the Dean's List, and was honored by being chosen as the commencement speaker for his graduating class.
